Working principle

The synthetic movement trajectory is approximately a straight line with a certain angle to the bottom surface of the conveying trough. Under certain conditions, the material is thrown up and down in the conveying trough along an oblique upper direction, and then reciprocated to complete the material lifting.
Third, installation
1. DZC and DZCP vertical hoists should be on a fixed basis.
2. Suspension devices with sufficient strength should be set on the upper part of the vertical hoist to prevent falling. Suspension devices are not stressed during normal work and stop work.
3. Except for the base, any part of the upper part of the vertical lifter has no rigid contact with the outside world, and there should be a gap of ≥50mm. If you need to connect, you can use a flexible connection.
Fourth, use, maintenance and maintenance
1. Before use, make sure that the bolts in all parts have sufficient tightening force.
2. For equipment that has not been used for a long time, the insulation of the motor should be ensured.
3.Ensure that the non-parallelism of the axis of the transmission tower is less than or equal to 1mm / m in the total length of the transmission tower
4. In general, if the material cannot be conveyed normally, you only need to change the running direction of one of the motors. If in doubt, confirm whether the rotation direction is correct. The correct placement direction is: look down along the axis of each motor , The direction of rotation is the same. Test the steering of the motor for no more than 2 seconds.
5. During the initial operation, the foot bolts of the shaker should be checked and restrained every 4 hours. This work should be repeated 2-3 times.
6. It is strictly forbidden to run with a single motor, and it is strictly forbidden to control two motors with two switches respectively. If the frequency modulation power supply, the motor should first reach a fixed speed, and then gradually reduce the speed does not allow direct low-speed start or gradually increase to the required speed.
7. During the adjustment of the vibration force during use, there is an eccentric block at each end of each exciter, which is fixed to the shaft respectively. If you need to adjust the excitation force, you need to increase or decrease the weight of the same size and weight. After adjustment, tighten the locking bolts (Note: the weights are shipped with the weights).
8. The shaker should work for 300 hours in total. Note No. 2 composite lithium-based grease. The accumulated work for 1500 hours should be cleaned and maintained. The accumulated work for 7000 hours should be replaced with bearings.
